Whether you are wanting to gain this nationally recognised qualification for your own business or to work in a business, this course will teach you what you need to know.
Business is a wide industry and everything learnt in this course can be used in many other industries as well. This course offers a ground knowledge of business, teaching things such as: Workplace procedures, customer service, business technology and Work Place Health and Safety. You will also learn practical skills you will be able to utilise in an array of different industries. These skills include: organising and prioritising work tasks, designing, drafting and producing documents.

Enrolment in the program is for a maximum of 24 months.
Students must aim to complete modules by the nominated completion date and as a minimum must demonstrate ongoing progression towards completion. Extension for assessment may be awarded at the trainer’s discretion.
All students require computer or tablet with access to the Internet and a program that can open and edit Word documents (this does not have to be Microsoft Office).
This course is delivered by our blended program. Workbooks and assessment are delivered to you in electronic format via email. You do not need to come to class, however, you will need to keep in contact with your Educator and attend phone and/or web meetings to complete some of the practical components of your course. Blended learning allows you the flexibility of completing your course at your own pace, at times to suit work and other life commitments. You can work on your course at anytime, anywhere supported by your industry experienced Educator via telephone and email communication no matter where you are.
Distance learning allows you to have the same amount of convenience and flexibility as online or blended learning. The only difference is that instead of studying online, you will be studying via workbooks. Distance learning is perfect for students that prefer to have hard copy resources. Participants wishing to complete their qualification via distance instead of online will incur additional material and postage fees up to the value of $25.00 per unit.
If you have lots of experience and skills but no formal qualification you might want to consider Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). RPL is a process whereby you demonstrate that you currently have the required skills and knowledge for particular units/qualifications within the industry that you are experienced.
